Where is the store?

Sweet Knox is an online store based out of Tennessee. We currently do not have a physical retail location and we operate exclusively online. We do participate in local shows throughout Tennessee. Check our social media for upcoming shows.

Can I make a change to my order?
If you find an error on your order confirmation, please email us at info@shopsweetknox.com immediately! Once your order has been moved to processing, we are unable to make any changes to your order.

RETURN POLICY

What is your return policy?
If you have any questions, please contact us at info@shopsweetknox.com. We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days with tags still attached on unworn and unwashed items. Customer is responsible for additional shipping costs. Holiday specific items may NOT be returned after the holiday. Refunds will be processed via the same method of payment as the purchase.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON PERSONALIZED OR SALE ITEMS.

SHIPPING QUESTIONS

Will I receive a tracking number for my shipment? 

Yes! Please allow 12-24 business hours for the postal service to process the package as it must be scanned at the location of departure before you are able to follow the shipment.
